888VoIP Logistics Facilities to Continue Operations as Providers of Essential Services

Several states have enacted ‘stay at home’ orders to curb the spread of COVID-19. This means all residents are mandated to ‘remain at home’ and only essential businesses may remain open to provide critical services as needed to maintain continuity of operations in 16 specific critical infrastructure sectors. One of those critical infrastructure sectors, as defined by the Department of Homeland Security and the states, is the Information Technology sector.

888VoIP plays a vital role in the Information Technology sector and in serving the supply chain in this unprecedented time of need; therefore, our New York and Nevada logistics centers will remain open and operational. Our sales, support, and technical engineer teams are working remotely & will remain available to provide service for our customers.

We continue to follow strict precautionary measures in all our logistics centers, in accordance with government and public health requirements, to reduce the risk for colleagues who are performing their duties.

If you have questions, please contact your 888VoIP Channel Account Manager or our COO, David Vance, at dvance@888VoIP.com.

We value your business and will continue to do everything we can to provide the best possible service to all our customers during these exceptionally challenging times.
