Since joining 888VoIP in June 2017, Vinny has amassed years of deep industry experience, becoming a go-to expert for complex deployments. He holds an extensive list of manufacturer certifications, including 3CX, Snom, and Grandstream, alongside specialized Yealink credentials such as CIPPE, Headset, and ProAV.

Vinny’s technical expertise is particularly strong in universal provisioning across all manufacturers, as well as specialized knowledge in Yealink Video, ProAV, and SIP devices from both Yealink and Grandstream. 

A Buffalo native through and through, Vinny is a passionate supporter of the Bills and Sabres. Outside of the office, he stays active by playing ice hockey, basketball, and golf.
