You no longer need to purchase a dedicated device for each feature; all the features are built into each phone.

The Desk Phone 9841 simplifies the process of purchasing, deploying, managing, and training. To further streamline operations, you can use one device for Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CUCM), Webex Calling, Broadworks, or other third-party cloud calling platforms.
